• Basic text files - for most of my md formatted writing
• Libre Office - for other formatting and editting.

Research

• Zotero - for information gathering, sorting, and gathering notes
• When working with physical books - underline with pencil, notes in a pocket notebook, and colored sticky tabs. I review key points onto zotero
